Pico Maccario Barbaresco DOCG 2018 vintage is a dry style red wine. Vineyard is located on hills at 250-260 metres above sea level facing south-south east. Miocene-Helvetian Age soils, white and limestones - marls with sand grains.

The Nebbiolo fruit is handpicked with accurate selection of the grapes, followed up by a delicate crushing and de-stemming. Traditional vinification and maceration for at least 15 days with fulling and gentle wetting of the hat. 9-10 months in Slavonian 25-35 hectolitre barrels and additional 12 months refinement in the bottle prior to release.
