Moppity Lock & Key Pinot Noir 2022

The 2022 Lock & Key Pinot Noir is a fantastic value Pinot Noir from two of Australia’s Premium high altitude regions. Less than 1% of Australia’s viticulture land is at an elevation of 600m or more. A cool climate and high elevation is necessary to express pure Pinot Noir fruit that is refined, polished and silky.

Cold soaked pre-ferment. Small batches were fermented separately then carefully blended before seamlessly integrating in barrel over a few months.
