Mike Press Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2023

The fruit for the 2023 Mike Press Chardonnay is sourced from the single vineyard at Lobethal in Adelaide Hills.

No wood maturation, with grapes harvested in the early hours of the day when the temperature is cool. Then picked and cold fermented to capture all the natural fruit aromas and tastes.

Grown just outside the kitchen window of winemaker Mike Press' home, where they watch it come to life throughout the year.

Chardonnay at its best, with peach and melon yet crisp and clean on the palate.
