Lake Breeze Winemaker’s Selection Shiraz 2019

Wines under the Lake Breeze Winemaker’s Selection label are only released in outstanding vintages when the wine produced is of exceptional quality. Only the finest barrels are chosen for the final blend, resulting in very limited quantities of these exclusive wines.

The 2019 Winemaker's Selection Shiraz is a classic, rich, velvety Shiraz produced from 45 year old vines on the family property. The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and fermented on skins for 7-10 days in open fermenters, prior to maturing in French oak barriques for 20 months.
