The Devil's Corner Pinot Grigio 2023 is bright, vibrant and youthful in colour. With fragrant aromas, enticing with highlights of pears and tropical fruit, against an attractive herbal backdrop. The palate is showing excellent weight and intensity and loaded with the flavour of ripe, yellow pears and apples alongside some spice and savoury notes. Winery & Vintage Info

The fruit was harvested and loaded directly to the press with initial oxidative handling to achieve a vibrant white wine colour and avoid any pink hues. It was then racked and fermented in tank under protective conditions and cool temperature to preserve aromatic qualities. There was also a short period of partial lees contact and stirring in tank to aid in mouth feel and complexity.

The Pinot Grigio grapes for this wine were sourced from two distinct regions, Tasmania and the King Valley.
