Love it or hate it, lactose has been popping up in a lot of beers lately, and it’s left the craft beer community in Australia about as divided as the American electorate. So given a recent run of IPAs with a pinch (or a punch) of milk sugar, we decided to return to our roots and keep the cream out of the kettle.
