2021 was a mild growing season producing Pinot Grigio with intense aromatics and lovely briny acidity.

Grapes are gently crushed and pressed to minimise the natural pink colour of Pinot Grigio. The juice is fermented in stainless tanks with a small portion in older French oak casks. Lees are stirred regularly until final assembling of the blend.
