"Produced by the De Bortoli family from their Upper Yarra vineyard, Lusatia Park. Phi is the 21st letter of the ancient Greek alphabet and symbolises balance, harmony and proportion. It has great depth of brilliant red-purple colour and dark cherry, Campari and mixed spice aromas, the palate bright and fresh, intense and medium weighted, with plum pit flavours and a pleasant trace of bitterness to finish. It has good structure and would cellar for a few years, but it’s delicious now. True finesse and palate length."
