Chandon Vintage Brut 2017 was made in Méthode traditionnelle, with 5 years age on lees contributing to a creamy texture and layers of complexity. 90% of the fruit comes from Chandon's Whitlands vineyard with 850m elevation and red soil which contributes to tight acidity and purity of fruit. A small amount from other prestigious regions is blended for complexity.
