The Alkoomi White Label Shiraz 2019 vintage is vibrant crimson with magenta hues. Fragrant nose of blackberries, chocolate and pepper. Flavours of black cherries, chocolate and vanilla with layers of pepper and spice, typical of Frankland River Shiraz.
Ready to enjoy now, although will gain complexity over the next three to five years with careful cellaring.

This wine was made with Frankland River fruit from several blocks, picked at optimal ripeness to give depth of flavour. Harvested in the early hours of the morning, the fruit was cold soaked prior to fermentation and then matured for 9 months with French oak to build complexity.
Excellent growing conditions during spring led to healthy canopies and set the vineyard up beautifully for the rest of the season.A mild, yet very dry ripening season resulted in pristine fruit quality with an abundance of flavour intensity.
