With the annual fresh hop harvest taking place just outside of Nelson, New Zealand, 8 Wired got their hands on some super sticky, super fresh, juicy, green Nelson Sauvin & Motueka hops to brew in their Hopwired Hazy IPA. The hops just arrived as the wort was ready and brewed without hesitation. Expect a dank, grassy, oily, lightly fruity, pleasantly bitter with a touch of lingering astringency.
