Pouring out a light pink colour with flavour notes of citrus and a smooth finish thanks to the Tonka beans.

Brewery Info

Hollywood is brewed with Pilsner malt and wheat (flaked, malted and raw), and hopped lightly with Calypso hops. Soured with lacto plantarum, and fermented in foedre with an assortment of saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeast cultures. After conditioning in foedre for 4 months, 2 Crows added 150kg of blood orange puree, as well as some tonka beans.
