Fresh & Crisp — Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio
Light, vibrant and food-friendly whites. Best with seafood, summer salads and light meals.

Richer Whites — Chardonnay
Creamy and textural with oak influence. Best with roast chicken, creamy pasta and richer dishes.

The Windy Peak Range

Sauvignon Blanc — Riverina. Passionfruit, gooseberry and grapefruit with a creamy texture and crisp finish. 18% fermented in old French oak sur lie for four months. Available in 750ml and 187ml. Winemaker: Kane McDonald.

Pinot Grigio — Riverina. Citrus, delicate florals and green apple with a fresh acid line and textural finish. Hyper-oxidised prior to fermentation for colour clarity; four months on fine lees. Winemaker: Joel Veenhuizen.

Chardonnay — Riverina. White peach, grilled nuts and lifted citrus with a creamy, buttery palate and fine acid finish. 40% old French oak, 12 months lees maturation, full malolactic fermentation. Winemaker: John Coughlan.

Pinot Noir — Victoria. Expressive cherry and plum with silky texture and soft spice. Cold maceration, whole bunch inclusion and minimal handling to preserve fruit. Certified Sustainable Winegrowing Australia. Winemaker: Marc Scalzo.

Shiraz — Rutherglen. Rich dark fruits, spicy oak and a juicy, supple palate. 7–10 days on skins, three months American and French oak maturation. Available in 750ml and 187ml. Certified Sustainable Winegrowing Australia. Winemaker: John Coughlan.

Cabernet Sauvignon — Langhorne Creek. Deep crimson with red plum, blackcurrant, bay and dark chocolate. 10 days on skins, American and French oak maturation. Winemaker: John Coughlan.
