Pepperjack is the bold, food-driven wine range from Saltram Wine Estate, one of the Barossa Valley's most historic producers. Established to celebrate the Barossa's generous, flavour-forward style, Pepperjack wines are crafted specifically for the table — built around the great Australian tradition of gathering around good food with great wine.

The Range

Pepperjack spans a broad range of varieties and regions, anchored by the Barossa Valley's iconic Shiraz. The range includes the flagship Barossa Shiraz, the Graded Shiraz series designed to match specific cuts of beef, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Malbec from Mendoza, Sauvignon Blanc from the Limestone Coast, and two sparkling wines — the celebrated Sparkling Shiraz NV and a Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV. Fruit is sourced from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Limestone Coast and Mendoza, Argentina.

The Style

Pepperjack wines are generous, approachable and built for food. Saltram Wine Estate
