Every bottle represents authentic lambic tradition – 100% spontaneous fermentation from brew to bottle. Founded by Gaston Debelder and continued by his son Armand, 3 Fonteinen maintains the same strict brewing process used for generations. Their small team of 15 passionate brewers work from the village centre of Beersel, whilst their barrels and bottles mature in the warm room in nearby Lot.
