Guided through the winery to show maximum regional expression, has dark fruits and savoury finish. The fruit is sourced from their own vineyard in Gippsland. Travelling down to Gippsland once a week to tend the vines.

"Yields about 70% down in 2022, so likely not much of it about.

Cherry, strawberry, spice and undergrowth. Medium-bodied, savoury, spiced plum with a slight stalky edge, gentle silty tannin, and a brambly finish of good length. Wonderful level of complexity and Pinot character at this price point; you’re doing very well here, I think."

From the same vineyard as the Gippsland Chardonnay; guided through the winery to show maximum regional expression, has dark fruits and savoury finish. The fruit is sourced from our own vineyard in Gippsland. We travel down to Gippsland once a week to tend the vines.

The fruit is de-stemmed without crushing and left on skins for 25 days. We use a mixture of natural and cultured yeast to achieve a balance between fruit and complexity. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining. Winery Notes
