Manual harvest in boxes.

Fermentation with native yeasts in 6500 / 8500kg cement tanks. Matured for 10-12 months in barrels of different ages.

Various soils from the Lanciego area, located between 480 and 650m above sea level and with different orientations. Predominantly poor, shallow, stony calcareous soils of the Tertiary, developed on sandstones or marls.

2018 was a very wet year: over 600L/m2 of rain. The precipitations did not impede a good flowering, but we had to be attentive to fungus diseases. October was very dry and helped to retain mildew attacks. Harvest began on October 8 and ended on November 1. Thanks to precise viticulture and helped by the weather condition, we were able to harvest healthy and balanced grapes.
