Tatachilla Partners Cabernet Shiraz 2019

Established in 1903, Tatachilla wines embody the spirit of life and living. This wine is Named in honour of the founding Partners of the Tatachilla winery this wine is carefully blended with grapes selected from premium vineyards to provide a full flavoured easy drinking wine each vintage. Not a pretentious wine, it is enjoyable on its own, or over a long lazy lunch (or dinner!).

After crushing the grapes were carefully handled and fermented separately to preserve the flavours of Shiraz and the tannic intensity of Cabernet. The two varieties were then blended after malolactic fermentation.

The Cab Sauv and Shiraz grapes are sourced from select vineyard sites bringing both a level of sophistication and pleasure to the palate. Specifically targeted to create lively flavours and an easy drinking structure. Winery Notes
