The fruit has driven and pleasing palate rife with intense flavours of dark cherries and mint, coupled with dusty and cocoa tannins, culminate in an alluring lingering finish.

The Coonawarra and Cabernet Sauvignon combination is a gift from nature: an exceptional mix of natural elements – a cool climate and the perfect soil. Coonawarra’s Terra Rossa soil is unique, being a mixture of red clay and fertile loam overlaying deep limestone.

Great wines come from great grapes, and this is exemplified in Rymill vineyards. Forty years old and growing strong. 140 hectares of sustainably grown vineyards are entirely on this precious terra rossa.
