It has a beautiful and delicate nose of fresh pears and macadamia nuts, with hints of camomile flowers and fresh biscuit dough. The Coonawarra Brut has a refreshing and crisp palate with notes of lemon zest and strawberry. Made to enjoy now but if you can resist, up to 5 years.
