The 2020 Petaluma White Label Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and full flavoured, rich dry red that shows the spicy, juicy bright fruits for which the region is renowned. Aromas of liquorice cassis and cedar are complemented by black fruits and a lovely hint of mint and Cabernet leaf. The palate is bright and juicy, with lovely supple tannins.

The White Label range is crafted in the same Petaluma philosophy as the highly regarded Yellow Label. The grapes are grown in the key regions of Adelaide Hills and Coonawarra. These wines are perfect to enjoy upon their release and compliment occasions with friends, family and food.

Fruit was machine picked, fermented in stainless steel tanks with heading down boards, seeded with yeast, racked and returned daily. Grapes were then pressed to tank then barrel (16 months in oak), full malolactic fermentation, racked, light egg fining was added followed by light filtration then bottled.
