This is a very tightly coiled and enduring vintage for Chromy, giving birth to a steely riesling that unites tense Tasmanian acid drive with judiciously gauged phenolic bite, building a finish of considerable scaffolding. Energetic kaffir lime and wild lemon meet Granny Smith apple and an exotic side of guava and white pepper. Less than 2g/L RS is ambitious for such a rigid chassis, and it will blossom with bottle age to soften its edges."</I><br>
