The 2022 Josef Chromy Estate Pinot Gris was harvested quite ripe in order to gain rich flavours and texture. The bunches are gently de-stemmed without crushing and the juice pressed directly to stainless steel tanks. The fermentation is carried out with a relatively neutral yeast to showcase the varietal characters.

The 2022 vintage is made in a dry style, embracing minerality to complement the variety's classic pip fruit and spice characters. Juicy pear, wildflowers and hints of citrus offer generosity whilst retaining freshness and a lingering finish.
