Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz is a non vintage NV) blend of Shiraz that contains wine from every vintage of Shiraz since 2002. Each year in spring we freshen the base blend by adding new vintage Shiraz, freshening the pre-Christmas bottling and maintaining a consistent style.Using a secret liqueuring recipe this richly flavoured, deep coloured sparkling Shiraz displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.Enjoy this classic Australian sparkling wine with Christmas Pudding, Duck dishes, Roast Meats, Bacon & Eggs, or simply by itself.

Bleasdale select fruit from sandy and stony vineyards in Langhorne Creek, ferment in open vats before maturation in seasoned oak barrels and tank to retain the aromatic lift from these soil types. A small proportion of wine from clay/loam vineyards fills out the palate and gives the wine length of flavour.
