Wild Barrel Brewing Company was first conceived by two friends Bill Sysak and Chris White in 2016 one evening while enjoying a cigar and great craft beers. Bill Sobieski, an award-winning homebrewer of 25 years and long-time friend of Bill Sysak, was brought onboard to brew the beer, and the three friends and founders began the process of opening a brewery in San Diego, the craft beer capitol of America. Wild Barrel is known for its “Vice” series of fruited kettle sours, a constantly rotating selection of “West Coast” & “Hazy Juicy” IPA’s, and big Pastry Stouts.
