The Minuty Prestige Rose was first produced over 25 years ago when Jean-Etienne and François Matton wanted to bring a signature wine to a wider audience of Provence rosé lovers and to give them a memorable experience -pairing light flavours and new enticing aromas.

The 2023 is a perfect blend of a selection of grapes from the winery and surrounds and the winemaking process is executed with Minuty’s perfect understanding of winemaking temperatures that are low enough to lock in the grapes’ aromatic potential but high enough to bring out their subtleties. It blends Grenache for its elegant aromas, Syrah for its aromatic complexity, Cinsault for its vibrancy and Rolle, a top Provence white grape variety, for its earthy aromas.
