Brewery Info

The Sour Rye Ale was fermented and aged in 200L oak barrels. They then filled the barrels directly after they emptied them of Hop Nations 2018 Kalash Imperial Stout. Before the Kalash, the barrels had previously been filled with Bourbon from Woodford Reserve, Old Foresters and Jack Daniels.
