With 370 hectares of vines, the Domaines Francis Abécassis are today one of the largest independent producers in the Cognac appellation. Francis and his daughter Elodie have put together a first class team where everyone’s particular skills, attention and love for the product are essential to the creation of refined Cognacs. Each of their areas of expertise is highly respected and every step in the production is carried out independently in order to adapt the production methods of these Cognacs to their specific terroirs.
The Abecassis family has therefore put together a truly remarkable collection of estates that they have highlighted to produce the exceptional Cognacs.
The ABK6 Rare Cognac XO cask finish has been grown, distilled, aged, blended and bottled in the Single Estate Vineyards. Rare Cognac XO Cask Finish is the result of a careful & expert selection from the Cellar master in the Paradise cellar limited to 12 barrels. A matured cask strength cognac, which has been aged for months in 12 of the best XO casks still that used to have precious liquid in them. A guaranteed limited edition for the connoisseurs: each numbered barrel has been sealed by a ministerial officer himself who issued a report to be reviewed on the estate.
For the ABK6 brand, the family of Domaines Francis Abécassis asked their Cellar Master to choose the most emblematic eaux-de-vie from their estates. Cognac ABK6 favours the flexibility thanks to the choice of many old eaux-de-vies. In these aromatic and intense Cognacs one finds the fruit of the vine and the lightness of the perfumes.
