'Beyond the horizon' has been barrel aged in Fermented Oak Barrique Barrels for 3 months with a mixed culture containing Saccharomyce and Brettanonmyces yeast, with Chamomile and Tangelo peel added and put directly in the barrel.The interplay between the herbal tea qualities and the juicy citrus peel linger on the palate and aided by the notes of oak, reinforces the breadth and depth of flavours.
