Boatrocker Apricot Wild Ale Batch #2 2019 500ml

Boatrocker's Apricot wild ale expresses all that is good about fresh, local apricots and their natural wild yeast. They sourced the fruit from an orchard in Victoria’s north east, and carefully selected a blend of barrels, ranging in age from 12 months to 24 months, to create a true expression of not only the fruit, but also of the orchard and their barrel wonderland at their brewery in Braeside. After 2 months of fermenting on fruit, the beer was racked and packaged. The result is a wonderfully funky and fruity wild apricot experience balanced by firm acidity.
