The 2018 Sarsfield Estate Pinot Noir has a beautiful translucent, deep red colour. Roses and violets and some cedar aromas. The Palate is incredibly soft and luscious with concentrated flavours of roses, loads of cherry, and some plum. It has plenty of weight and a very long finish.

Sarsfield Estate Vineyard is located in the Lakes and Wilderness area of East Gippsland, Victoria. Vines and crop levels are carefully managed to produce grapes of the highest quality.

Fermented in small batches, hand plunged and pressed in a traditional basket press. The wine is matured in French oak barriques for 14 months and bottled unfiltered.
