The fruit for the 2021 vintage of De Bortoli's Windy Peak Chardonnay was sourced from a selection of premium vineyards in Victoria.

Fruit is gently pressed and allowed to settle overnight. Turbid juice is then racked to both French oak casks and stainless tanks. Lees are stirred in late autumn and then left to rest until the finishing stages before blending and bottling. Vegan Friendly. Winery Notes
