Winery & Vintage Info

Dalvina is a young and prospering winery surrounded by 410 hectares of vineyards, with a storage capacity of 70.000Hl and a yearly production capacity of 34.000Hl. Beginning with the collection of the grapes, the gentlest state-of-the-art technology is applied with every step, as with the transport, the handling, the press, up to and including the process of fermentation. Aiming to create a high standard product by more than a ruleset, our team ferries a passion to capture the unique properties of the grapes, the soil and microclimates of the area - and forge them into liquid art.

Dalvina winery and its vineyards are located in the vale of Strumeshnica, in the Strumica-Radovish wine region of south-eastern Macedonia. Surrounded by towering mountains, at an average altitude of 280m, our vineyards are enveloped by a local Mediterranean climate which visits with a cool breeze throughout the summer nights. With about 210 sunny days per year, an average 20.2°C during the vegetative period, little rain, and relatively low humidity – healthy grapes are a striking characteristic of the region.
