Brewed and aged in 2021 but unfortunately unable to be fully released due to Victorian Covid restrictions, is now available and ready for drinking! Aged in Jimmyrum distillery rum barrels, a craft rum distillery based in Dromana Victoria.
A body colour of deep, dark coffee muscat matches the nose of sweet dried fruits and subtle rum, similar to your favourite Christmas pudding. Savour the flavours of dark chocolate, burnt caramel and butterscotch backed with starters of spiced rum, toasted oak and minimal sweet dark sugar.
This marks the 6th annual release for The Guvnor, you'll be able to enjoy it now or age for another 20 years to peak drinking condition. Cool to 13c for a perfect drinking experience.
