"Depending on how you look at things, you might prefer this over the Gippsland, or you might not. I tasted it over a couple of days, though admittedly, I got side tracked in between. White peach, citrus, a little gloss along with appropriate levels of savoury and flinty bits. Be mindful not to chill it too much; it’s much better cool. Anyway, a wine of considerable finesse and subtlety – which is pretty much what Yarra Chardonnay is all about. Quiet confidence. And all for about $16? Chablis styling, you may say, though likely better than anything you’d get at twice the price. Will build and improve with some bottle age." 91 Points The Wine Front
