Winery & Vintage Info

100% Marlborough, encompassing a broad range of Marlborough sub-regions.The fruit was machine harvested and the juice cold settled, racked and inoculated with
a variety of yeast cultures - some to accentuate aromatics, others to bring out a textural
component. Ferments progressed at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks and were
largely untouched allowing the fruit to express itself naturally. The wine remained on
yeast lees post fermentation to build an extra textural element.Winery Notes
