Yering Station Little Yering Chardonnay 2021 (Yarra Valley)
Tasting NotesBrilliant pale gold in colour, the nose on the 2021 Little Yering Chardonnay is creamy pear, honeydew melon with subtle white florals. The palate is soft and generous with a bright spark of freshness – like biting into nearly ripe pear. The wine is elegant, balanced and long in length with melon fruits and white blossom.

Yering Station has been the diamond in the Victorian wine story for almost two centuries. Established in 1838 by the pioneering Ryrie brothers, Yering Station was originally a small vineyard and cattle farm. Changing hands between families throughout the centuries that followed, the Rathbone family ultimately purchased the property in 1996 and have since expanded it into a world-class winery and destination. An introduction to the world of Yering Station, the Little Yering Chardonnay 2021 stands as an exemplary Victorian expression. Produced with clean and modern winemaking techniques, it is bright, fresh and approachable. Offering an elegant citrus backbone, it is complemented by juicy melon, ripe apple and creamy middle palate concentration. Winery Notes
