Xanadu Margaret River Chardonnay 2020 is a striking pale straw colour. With youthful and elegant aromas, with fresh pears, nectarine, and citrus fruits with underlying hints of white flowers, oyster shell, and oatmeal. The palate is medium-full bodied offering white stone fruit, pears, zesty lemony and grapefruit flavours. The powerful fruit is balanced by a backbone of phenolic tension combined with a mouth-watering saline edge and zesty acidity which focuses the wine perfectly to a crisp, dry, persistent fruit finish.
