The fruit for Mike Press Chardonnay 2018 vintage is sourced from the single vineyard at Lobethal in Adelaide Hills.

No wood maturation, with grapes harvested in the early hours of the day when the temperature is cool. Then picked and cold fermented to capture all the natural fruit aromas and tastes.

Grown just outside the kitchen window of winemaker Mike Press' home, where they watch it come to life throughout the year.

Vintage was perfect with long sunny days and cool nights and mornings. Winery Notes
