Tim Adams Clare Valley Riesling 2017
The use of only the free run juice at crushing has resulted in this wine being intensely flavoured and aromatic, retaining delicacy at the same time. The wine has lifted varietal Riesling character with floral and citrus aromatics of grapefruit, lime and lemon.
The palate is seamless with slight viscosity and a brisk acid finish. Riesling wines from the Clare Valley are most enjoyable when both young and zesty, or left to mature beyond five years of age, our 2017 Riesling should fit both spectra with ease.
This wine has been sealed with screw cap to ensure its freshness and authenticity. Use as an aperitif or enjoy with any seafood.

Vintage started on Monday 27th February, 3 weeks later than 2016, but the same day as vintage 1975, “back to the old original harvest time”, Tim said. Winery Notes
Reviews & Accolades
"The ever-reliable Tim Adams Riesling – saviour of many a bottlo fridge.
Lemon, lemongrass, bath powder. Soft and well-rounded, but with a clip of juicy lime acidity to straighten it up, a slight slaty/chalky feel, and a clean crunchy finish of good length. Great glass of wine. Good now too."
