Bleasdale continues to showcase the ability of Langhorne Creek to produce quality individualistic wines just like the Bleasdale Wild Fig Shiraz Grenace Mourvedre 2017. The winery select fruit from sandy and stony vineyards to enhance aromatics typical of these soil types. Shiraz and Grenache were originally grown in Langhorne Creek for fortified winemaking but are proving to be excellent for table wine. Nurtured from small parcels into a vibrant, delicious drink.
6 months in aged French oak puncheons and stainless steel to retain freshness the break up of the Bleasdale Wild Fig SGM is Shiraz (61%), Grenache (34%) and Mourvedre (5%)
Drinking well now until 2022
