Mr. Mick Novo Sangiovese Malbec 2016 by Tim Adams (Clare Valley)

Mr Mick was never one to shy away from new and innovative concepts in winemaking. Many of these concepts became very successful wines, well known in Australian winemaking history. We continue this philosophy, adding yet another wine style to the Mr Mick repertoire and the rest of our range; an ‘easy-going’ wine that creates interest and satisfies many tastes.


Dry-grown Sangiovese and Malbec, fermented in separate batches for a week on skins, was then gently pressed with part of the pressings incorporated in this blend for added texture. This wine has not been aged in oak, allowing maximum fruit expression. Winery Notes
