Bremerton Coulthard Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 (Langhorne Creek)
"In the reasonably-priced red wine stakes, this [Bremerton's Coulthard] takes some beating.
Cabernet does well in Langhorne Creek. This is a good affordable example. It tastes of kirsch, bay leaves, toasty oak, tobacco and dust, and from start to finish doesn’t really put a foot wrong. It’s good now but it’ll last and mature for a good long while, given good cellaring conditions."

Cabernet has a very long history in Langhorne Creek and is one of the original red varietals that established the region. This fruit for Coulthard was grown on Bremerton's vineyards with ancient alluvial flood plain soil, traditional to this area and as a result of an individual parcel selection, allowing winemaker Rebecca Wilson to show the pure varietal expression of a Langhorne Creek Cabernet.
The 2016 vintage will develop with further bottle maturation however the fine tannin structure means the wine can be enjoyed now. Winery Notes
