A pre-dominance of cool-climate fruit ensures elegance of structure and longevity. Coupled with extended maturation, this wine displays heightened depth and complexity.

The fruit for this wine is picked from selected premium Victorian vineyards and is machine harvested in the cool of night and gently pressed to ensure minimal extraction of phenolics.

Each parcel of juice is further fined to guarantee structural elegance and extended maturation on yeast lees further builds the complexity and character of this wine.
