Shiraz was harvested in small batches between 18 February and 12 March, with one parcel co-fermented on Viognier skins to enhance aromatic complexity. The Petit Verdot was harvested on 21 March. Wild fermentation took place in open-top fermenters, followed by seven to fourteen days on skins and traditional pressing.
