Bakery Hill has always had a malt-forward profile, with notes of stone fruit and an umami, yeasty backbone, and this remains evident throughout the release. A burst of juicy apricot leads the way, sitting alongside bold barbecued pineapple and softer chocolate notes derived from the Hop Nation ‘Kalash’ stout cask.
