Situated within the village of Glorenza - 'The Italian Highlands' - amongst the scenic Italian Alps, Puni utilizes its geographical location to full advantage, incorporating alpine water and locally sourced malted grains (Rye and Wheat, with the Barley sourced from Austria). The distillery has also been fortunate enough to gain access to barrels from Italy's most prominent wine and fortified wine producing regions (Marsala, Barolo, anyone?). We conclude the future is bright for PUNI, and certainly one to follow in the years to come.
