Booker Noe's True Barrel Bourbon 2019-01E batch has aromas of aged oak, fire roasted, with bites of menthol, vanilla dipped cinnamon sticks, and embers of tobacco and treacle. The palate is bright with licks of orange zest, dark chocolate, and butter slathered pancakes. The finish is medium to long and smokey.
