The 2016 vintage was heralded by many as ‘one of the greatest vintages in McLaren Vale’s history'.

Malbec, often only considered a blending variety has a similar weight to Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon or Petit Verdot. It's experiencing a resurgence in Australia as wineries use different strains and perfect the growing.

This wine has a big, juicy and plush flavour with a robust structure and moderately firm tannins. Distinctive dark purple colour and notes of red plum, blueberry, vanilla, cocoa and an essence of sweet tobacco.
