Johnnie Walker Gold Label The Centenary Blend (18YO) 750ml

Do not be mistaken when it comes to this Johnnie Walker Gold Label 'The Centenary Blend' 18 Year Old whisky, and the Gold Label 'Reserve Blend'. This is the highly sought after discontinued blend which was created by Sir Alexander Walker in 1920 to celebrate the centenary of his grandfather's founding of the company Johnnie Walker in 1820.

This is a blend of 15 different whiskies each aged for a minimum of 18 years, and this is one of the original style packaging from this series released between 1992 and 2009, and is in exceptional condition.

This was discontinued during the war as there was a shortage of blending stocks, however it was reintroduced in 1992, with a blend based upon the original blending notes left by Sir Alexander seventy-five years earlier. In 2009 the bottle and box where refreshed and available through to 2013 when The Centenary was phased out in favour of the current Gold Label Reserve which is NAS (No Age Specified).
